How to enter the 2017 Wakefield 10k

Online entry to the 2017 Wakefield 10k and 1k Mini Run is now closed. Entry after this time will only be possible by registering on the day, at the registration tent from 8am.

Entry includes:

  • Entry to the race
  • Race number
  • Disposal chip timing tag
  • Wakefield 10k Technical T-shirt

On the day entry:

  • Runners with a valid UK Athletics licence number – £20
  • Runners – £22

Due to your feedback, and over 40% of all entries not collecting their finishers medal, we have decided not to issue a finishers medal. Because of this, we have been able to freeze the entry price for 2017.

The Wakefield Hospice 10k Road Race is a charitable event to raise funds for palliative care. In 2016 80% of your entries fees went directly to patient care thanks to our generous sponsorship and the larger number of runners who joined us.
